The Youth Ministry Director oversees and develops ECB’s youth ministry and leads a diverse volunteer team. This role involves providing pastoral care, leadership development, and strategic oversight of programs that disciple youth and mobilize them for mission in a cross-cultural context.

A full-time role supporting the Students’ and Children’s Ministry, focused on nurturing children in their faith journey. The position requires experience in children’s ministry or education, a heart for guiding children to Jesus, strong organizational and communication skills, and strong English proficiency (Thai nationality preferred).
