This week's Life Group Questions

1. REVIEW

In this session we learned that to engage in making disciples who make disciples, we must go beyond our sense of superiority and exclusion. When God moved the apostles to reach gentiles with the gospel, He taught them that in Christ we no longer exclude people based on their ethnicity, social class, or gender. Instead, we treat them as equals. To facilitate reflection, read Galatians 3:26-28 out loud and answer the questions below.

Galatians 3:26-28

26 In Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith,
27 for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.
28 There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female,
for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

4. PRAYER

First, pray quietly by yourself:

Ask God to reveal any attitude of superiority that is holding you back from following Jesus fully and from being a channel of His grace. Then, pray together with your group:

(1)Thank Jesus for loving you, saving you, and inviting you to engage in making disciples.
(2)Invite God to remove the arrogance that is keeping you from being a channel of His grace.
(3)Thank God for the way He will lead you and use you for His purposes.
