This week's Life Group Questions
1. Read Philippians 4:11-13 from a version of the Bible you do not usually use. What fresh insights did you glean from that?
2. In which one of these areas have you ever wondered whether the grass might be greener?
3. Discuss within the group the statement by Paul that “Everything else is worthless compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus” (Philippians 3:8). What sort of things are hard to qualify as worthless in your eyes? Why do you think that is?
4. In John 15:5, Jesus said, “Apart from me, you can do nothing.” What do you think He meant by that and why would He say that?
5. Select a partner in the group and share about a time when you invited Christ into your circumstances and then found contentment because of His strength.
6. How would you answer the question, “Is Christ enough for you?” Why?
7. Find someone in the group and pray for the Holy Spirit to help you affirm the sufficiency of Christ in your life.
