This week's Life Group Questions
1. Read 1 Corinthians 12:26-27 again. Share about a time when you personally experienced what Paul is talking about in this passage.
2. When you hear the word “community” spoken, what thoughts come to mind? If the picture is different from the description provided in Acts 2:42-47, why do you think that is so?
3. What part has community played in your life or in your walk with the Lord?
4. What things, in your view, make up the foundation of a healthy Christian community?
5. The Great Commission also involves “teaching them to observe all I have commanded you.”
What do you find more challenging, leading someone to Christ, or showing them how to be more like Christ? Explain your reasons.
6. Share any experiences you have had with a Barnabas (friend walking with you), a Paul (a teacher), or a Timothy (disciple).
7. Jesus asks us to disciple “all nations”, or what we call today, “people groups”.
Share a time when you discipled someone not from your people group. What were some of the challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?
