1. REVIEW

In this study we learned that the way we think of truth will determine how we engage with the religious diversity that shapes our daily lives. Understanding the difference between relative and absolute truth gives Christians a framework to speak truth in love while living out the gospel of Jesus. Let’s take a closer look at how you relate with this study.


2. APPLICATION

A. Which one of these assertions have you heard from people in your context?  Tell us about it.

1) ___ There is no absolute truth.
2) ___ All truth is relative.
3) ___ Religion is cultural; you believe what you believe because you were pre-conditioned to it.
4) ___ All religions lead to the same God.
5) ___ God has revealed himself in many forms, and Jesus is just one among many.

B. Which one of these biblical truths do you really believe 100%? What is keeping you from believing?

4. GROUP PRAYER

(1) Thank God for his unfailing love and for sending Jesus to save us from our sins.

(2) If you have never asked Jesus to save you from your sins and from the power of satan, ask him now in your own words. If you have more questions, feel free to ask someone in your LG community.

(3) Intercede for specific people or people groups that are in your heart who need to know Jesus.

(4) Thank God in advance for the way He will use you to reach people with His love.
