Day 9 – Forgiveness

Sep 9, 2026    Dr.Jinnie Udompanyavit

Scripture: Colossians 3:13

"Forgive as the Lord forgave you."

Devotional Reflection

Forgiveness is at the heart of the Gospel. God has forgiven us through Jesus Christ, and He calls us to extend that same grace to others. Forgiveness does not excuse the hurt, but it frees us from bitterness and opens the door for God's healing and peace.

Today, receive God's forgiveness afresh and ask Him for the grace to forgive those who have hurt you.

Prayer Focus

- Thank God for His forgiveness through Jesus.

- Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any unforgiveness in your heart.

- Pray for healing from past hurts and disappointment.

- Choose to forgive those who have wronged you.

- Pray for unity and reconciliation in relationships.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your mercy and forgiveness. Thank You that I am fully forgiven through Jesus Christ. Search my heart and help me release every offense into Your hands. Heal my wounds, fill me with Your peace, and help me extend grace to others as You have shown grace to me. Amen.

Today's Declaration

- I am forgiven through Jesus Christ.

- God's grace is greater than my failures and wounds.

- I choose to forgive others as Christ forgave me.

- Bitterness has no place in my heart.

- I will walk in freedom, love, and reconciliation.

Reflection Question

Is there someone you need to forgive or a hurt you need to surrender to God today?
