Day 1 – God's Love

Sep 1, 2026    Pastor Pablo Morales

Scripture: John 3:16–17

"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him”

Devotional Reflection

God's love is the foundation of our faith. He demonstrated that love by sending Jesus so that we could have eternal life and be reconciled to Him. God's desire is not to condemn us but to save, restore, and draw us close.

As we begin these 60 Days of Prayer, take time to receive the Father's love afresh. When we understand how deeply we are loved, fear gives way to trust, and we become channels of His love to others.

Prayer Focus

- Thank God for His unconditional love.

- Praise Jesus for His gift of salvation.

- Ask the Holy Spirit to help you understand God's love more deeply.

- Pray for freedom from fear and insecurity.

- Ask God to help you love others with His compassion.

- Pray that ECB and our city would reflect Christ's love.

Prayer

Loving Father, thank You for Your unfailing love and for sending Jesus to save me. Help me to know Your love more deeply and rest in the security of being Your child. Fill me with compassion and grace so that I may reflect Your love to others. May many people in Bangkok and beyond encounter Your saving love through Jesus. Amen.

Today's Declaration

God loves me with an everlasting love.

I am accepted and forgiven through Jesus Christ.

Nothing can separate me from the love of God.

God's love is transforming my heart.

I will reflect Christ's love to others today.

Reflection Question

How can you intentionally receive and share God's love with someone today?
